Salvaged 328is Pricing?

Hello,
I would appreciate it if someone can tell me about how much I can sell my salvaged title red 96' 328is. It has 1 small dent on the passenger side, but looks very nice with painted moldings and door handles, a spoiler /w brake light, clears, and 16 inch 5 spoke BMW OEM rims. Great looking car. The condition of the car is good. It is automatic with tan interior. It was repaired and runs good. It has a kind of loud exhaust sound. Some minor electrical problems.

Btw, it has around 50k miles.

Definetly under $10,000. Really comes down to how badly the frame was damaged (if at all), how straight it drives, the quality of the body work, etc.

My advice would be to look for a local buyer, advertise it in the paper. Have the buyer look over the car, drive it, etc. and after all that tell him it is a salvage, maybe he'll be pleasantly surprised and won't really care or maybe he'll hate you for wasting his time.

Gonna need some pics - and a bit more info on the minor electrical problems.... Why is is a salvage title if its only got one dent? But - I'd say absolute best case scenario look to get 6k out of it. However - somebody corect me if I'm wrong. -JinX

It was wrecked, declared totalled by insurance, and then rebuilt. It's not still in wrecked form.

yeah kbb is way off. salvage title throws that car out the door firstly. secondly, the minor electrical problems usually are more than minor when you go into it. electrical problems are the worst on any car because its so hard to get to the bottom of the problem. usually a salvaged title car will never drive the same. you will be changing tires every 6 months if even that. the miles are low but the car is branded now. i would say 4k at most.

I would expect around 8-8.5 because of the mileage, and due to the severity of previous damage.

Well the frame is in great condition and I plan on fixing the minor problems before selling the car. Well the only electrical problem that Ive noticed is that the driver window doesnt go up sometimes when u click on the button 1 time. It goes up and then down lol So I have to press it several times.
Actually Boost, the car runs fine.

It really depends on what the local market is on 328s....

Look to get about 5-6g's less than a non-slavaged 328 with comparable milage/accessories in your area.

As for the window not going all the way up on "soft touch", thats not electrical.... its usually something to do with the window track/seals.... grease the window track and it might help out... The window on the drivers side does the same thing in my ///M... but I'm too lazy to take the door apart.
