Just bought a new front spoiler and I need some help.

I just bought a new replica E46 M3 spoiler to fit on my '98 323is. It looks great but the only problem is that to get the spoiler to fit on I had to take off my stock rectangular fog lights. I was wondering if there were any other solutions to my problem rather than paying $250 for new oval lights to fit the oval slots in my new spoiler and taking out the stock lights.
