245-35-18 at all 4 corners (any rubbing issues?)

I plan on going to 18x8.5 wheels on my 98 M3 sedan. Will a 245-35-18 tire have any rubbing issues (especially in front)? Do I need to roll fenders? I want to run same size all around and will also be adding a GC coil-over soon so the car may be lowered slightly. Offset will be 35-40mm. Thanks.

Ground Control makes a coilover setup that allows for more wheel clearance. With the proper offset you can fit this tire up front without rubbing. You should contact them regarding what is necessary for proper fitment, as they have done several cars with that wheel/tire width.
