Help!!!

I have a 95' 325i with stock suspension and just got a set of new aftermarket 17 rims and tires 235/40/17. My steering wheel started to shake @ 60kmph, below that is ok. it didn't do that with my 15" stock rims & tires. Got it Balanced twice.

2ND Problem is im hearing a "thump" at the rear very time I change gears when im driving. Doesnt do it when I'm idling and steping on the clutch and changing gears.

3rd problem sometimes I hear a clanking noise on my engine when im on 2nd gear.
