clutch problem (help please)

the problem is i cant get much pressure to my clutch pedal tried bleeding it every way possible (gravity, pressure, and 2 man). nothing seems to work. put a new slave cylinder in and still the same. when the clutch pedal is fully depressed with the car running i cant get into gear and the release lever sounds like its hitting pressure plate. any help will be appreciated. oh yeah its a 93 is engine with a 95 m3 5 speed new clutch
