| nope nothing like that. You have a rev limiter in place but that won't help at all in a mechanical over rev. You could get the uuc tranny mount enforcer's, i believe those will reduce you chances of mis shifting and over-revving your motor, but other than that you gotta be careful shifting

| The best thing to do is just be careful. I remember shifting from 4th to 1st. Car jumped like crazy, but I managed to push down the clutch at around 5k rpm before it went any higher. Just have a good reaction to push down the clutch if you do misshift. Bono |
