Ironic that the windshield banner says "Powered by BMW" with the M colors, since the car is neither powered by BMW or M. However, given the recent discussion to engine swaps lately, it's a timely picture

Oh well, they sure as hell fit it in there.

Someone must show this guy how to fit a FMIC on a E36 properly. Other than that he coudn't have picked a better 4 cyl. motor. The SR20 is string as hell. it's the 4cyl equivalent of the 2JZGTE from a Supra, they handle boost like there is no tomorrow!
Oh, yeah. He should get rid of that windshield banner.

Agreed. He may have money, but he doesn't have style. Looks like the whole car is 1/2 assed. From the gauges to the intercooler, in and out.

LOL It looks like the gauges are watching the driver. Isn't that car from Malaysia or something?

No picture showing up but I get the idea. This seems like a great way to prepare a bmw for drifting. The sr20 is the favored drift engine after all. I was thinking seriously about the LS1 swap to get the power needed to be a competitive drifter but doing the sr20 swap seems to be more practical as it has already proved itself for drifting duties.

So anyways...anyone seen something on the net about swapping an sr20 into an e36? Anyone with practical info will get to ride in my car when its done .
