IF its not going to be an "///M" bmw, then get the STI... maybe the evo but i prefer the STI..

i wouldnt bother with a 325, maybe 330.. maybe

the s4 is nice looking but isnt that great of a car, plus its expensive as shit- used one beaten to hell or STI, not a tough choice if you ask me

ps. look around the STI's are selling for msrp or 1k over

S4, my friend has one and he's at about 340hp...damn its a fast car. If you plan on modding, the great thing about the s4 is that a chip alone will get you huge gains...of course thats the same with the subie.

Although i think the STI is an awsome car, i'd much rather drive an s4 everyday, its way more comfortable.

i'd take that M Coupe if it checked out good. there was a guy selling a '99 E36 M3 that had extensive n/a mods to it. it's making ~260 rwhp, euro 6 speed, some other goodies. he wanted $30k for it; not sure on the mileage.

i'd join www.bmwcca.org and start getting roundel. they have a pretty good classified section. start going through there. you'll probably be able to find an AA turbo M3 for less than $30k.

EVO or the S4....AVANT!

Sorry, I love the flat-backs. From what I hear the EVO is a far better street car than the STi. If you're tempted to do off-road rallys, go for it. But the EVO seems to be more refined and better mannered.

The Viper is a beast, but there's a reason why you never see more than 30K miles on them, and that's because they're piece of shits. The best decision, if you want class, performance, and style, would be the E46 M3. Might as well go balls out and get exactly what you want if you're already spending this much.
