| ew If you're ok with a rising rate fuel pressure regulator, then go for it. That's all it uses for fuel control. Booty piece of crap in my opinion. It's barely cheaper than Dinan's kit that uses larger injectors and a reprogrammed ECU. -kit 97 m3/4 w/ dinan supercharger |

| When I was at Active Autowerke last December, they had a '99 M3 Techno Violet with an ERT Supercharger kit. That kit did NOT have a reprogram DME nor did it have larger fuel injectors just like what kitwetzler said. AA took some A/F ratio charts and it was all over the place... not good at all. AA did some fine DME tuning, added larger injectors, and canned the rising rate fuel pressure regualtor and got about 20-30hp more out of it. Anyways, customer ended up getting a stage 2 turbo kit on his M3 and it must be a killer! ERT probably now updated their kits.. not sure unless you call. And yes, the RRFPR is a piece of horse crap. I never use those on an OBD2 BMW. Last edited by BMWGuy206 : 04-09-2002 at 12:06 AM. |
