| Depending on the quality pf parts, I'd guess between 3k and 5k. But unless you know what you're doing it's a little more of a risk for your engine doing it yourself. I'd save up the cash and buy an AA turbo kit. Or if cost is a factor, you could go for the S/C kit.

| the problem that i have with the sc kit, specifically the one that aa sells, is it really doesn't compare to money vs hp...plus the fact they don't even sell one for a '95 yet, and getting less than 100hp at that price just doesn't sound worth it now, i honestly should say that i am more of a sc guy...you just see less of them, plus yer hp curves are much more consistant cause it's working all the time, but, there's nothing like the sound of a bov either

| I would highly recommend getting the Stage 1 or Stage 2 turbo kit for your 95 M3. I wrote up a digest version of the OBD2 AA Turbo kit on my '98 M3 on DTMPower.net. Right now I have added 21k miles on the turbo within the past 16 months. At 8.5psi I made 328rwhp and 332.rwtq. Check out the links on the AA Turbo Installation. http://www.dtmpower.net/forum/search...der=descending |

| im curentyl installing a stage one right now on my car. i would not recomend fabing a kit i was in the process for awhile unless you have lots of time lots of connections its better off to buy the stage one kit. Also the turbo that is coming off that supra is prolly going to be way to big for your car considering most single turbos on supras are no smaller than a t51 andif he actually did the conversion he prolly went with a t66, in other words that supras turbo is worthless for your car i would be highly surprised if it would fit in our engine bay

| Blow off valve, By pass valve it doesn't matter .What matters is if you have it releasing it atmospherically, or rerouting back to the intake of the turbo what effects the power / tq. |

| Ridgeracer, Yes the AA kits are on the expensive side but I wouldnt buy a $5000 turbo kit and not making the power or reliablity that AA has. This has happened a lot with other brands of turbochargers and even superchargers. On worse cases, people have blown up their engine because of bad tuning and hardware. |
