How difficult is an AA ODB-II turbo install?

What are my options for installing a turbo kit myself on a 97 e36 M3? Do I have to ship it to AA? What if I need work done? another trip to florida?

Also, how difficult is a supercharger install (either AA or Dinan)?

I believe there is a very huge BMW Independant Shop in IL near Chicago thats also near a BMW Dealer. They have experiences with a Stage 2 AA Turbo kit from a past customer.
