I WANT A STAGE 2 SUPERChARGER WITH C/F INTAKE!!!!!!I am not officially excited!!! i want to generate 400HP!!!!I WANT TO COMPETE WITH m5'S!!! either that or i will wait for the turbo kits lol!! btw i am getting some mods very soon!! this is my list of whats coming, i will post pics. UCC Short Shifter UCC Shifter Knob-rob knob or something!! Brembo 330i Drilled Rotors KERSCHER BUMPER!!!! YAYY!!!! I think my car is going to rock soon! My future plans for the car is new cams--NA engine mods-like new cams etc, supercharger or turbo, pss9's, ACS racing spoiler---which looks AMAZING!! Quad Exhaust(that works), sport mirrors, limited slip differential, 6 speed manual transmission(being developed by Dinan), Demon Eyes, And Sway Bars...after my spending of around 20+k...my car will be pimp...

ummm... price?? Just so i can decide whether i should stop spending now to save up for one or whether it wouldn't be affordable for me at all. Have that had any comparison remarks vs. the ESS kit?

I would not put a RMS kit on my car if you gave it to me .. Yeah there E36 is a copy of Dinan and I only heard of a couple of horror stories . To buy a kit from that company being in the early stages as it is I think is a foolish choice ..ERT sells a kit for the E46 that has bean out for a year or so .. If you are intrested in FI for your E46 give them a call and ask to speak to some of there customers that have the kit .. That's what I did and I do not regret it 1 bit ... http://www.europeanracing.com/e46_323_supercharger.htm

| I like how the kit is actually a poorly done PS job; RMS has some of the best hardware, but their software is lacking, and the new engines are much more difficult to tune than the E36 OBDII's.

E36M3 yeah you can have osh sitting there next to you and tune you a custom chip untill you beat me like he has done for others racing against his products .. But I would only be there for a couple of days so you might need something better then him .. In fact I will give you 2 cars to make it kinda even .. I know imagine that .. I lost to a Dinan I mean RMS car ... I hope you have the RMS alter power mod .. LOL ..

Not that I want to propogate such a lame argument, but I thought I'd point out the fact that noone is copying anyone's supercharger kit, or, more correctly, they are all copying each other. However you look at it, none of the respective companies are utilizing a supercharger that they've developed on their own. ERT, Dinan, and RMS all have used Powerdyne blowers in the past. Now, RMS, ERT, and ESS are all using Vortech's V2SQ. So, considering this, the only differences, such as bracketry, and programming will not ultimately change the output of the system. The V2SQ blower is capable of producing 20psi, no matter who is selling it. So, cranking up the boost is easy to do, and that's where any difference could be had. Sure, programming will change it's efficiency, but all things being equal, our cars can't handle beyond 8lbs at the factory compression ratio very well anyway. So it doesn't really matter who's kit you use, just as long as the bracketry is well designed, tubing is well placed and designed, and programming is correct. Peace, Josh ![]()
