M50 Non-Vanos Camshaft Question

Greetings,

Any of y'all know which camshaft duration i should choose? This is for the non-vanos 325i m50 engine.

BMP Design has these options

intake/exhaust duration (°)
1. 254/244
2. 256/248
3. 260/256

However, KormanBMW has this option,

1. 256/244

Any suggestion which would be better one to use, if I am NOT looking to do any modifications to the lifters or the valve springs?
