Yeah, this car is awesome. I saw him pull into Korman, and I knew something was up.

His bottom end is completly built, very similar to say a PTG NA tuned BMW. The difference is instead of running 11.25:1 compression, he is running 8.3:1 thus he can run 18LBS of boost. I have seen 3 AA turbos, ridden in 2 and I can say just from seeing this car do a flyby it looks a hella lot faster. One was a Stage 1 and the other was a Stg. 2+. I didnt get a ride in this car, but I am sure its not slow.

Also, the force of his car over-torqued the Dynopak dyno. That should say quite a bit in itself.

Wes

PS- The only thing that I would change is remove the lower mesh off of the Reiger front so that you can see the intercooler. It took me a minute to see the intercooler throught he black.

I went to a dyno day a while back, there were a few close calls. There's NOTHING in the world like that moment when everyone's gathered around a car and all of a sudden the turbo spools and the entire car dips.. those chains really get tested.
The car I saw probably has nothing on this M3.. 550hp Supra (to the wheels though, so who knows..) he had engine managment up the a$$ on that thing though.

edit: I love those rims, I saw them on a 3 series today (regular BMW rims.. they look like the ASC ones) they look so nice. One of my favorite factory designs from BMW.

I think I described my car in another post, but I forgot where so here are the basics... AA stage 3 turbo ie... T60-1 turbo and a built racing motor with racing crank. Dual Nitrous system with racing fuel cell in the trunk. Power??? Let's just say it's the biggest, baddest, fastest M3 AA has ever put out to date. It's even faster than the T61 Stage 4's that AA built, even with Nitrous setups. The runs in the vids are on high boost... 18 psi and no Nos

The first vid is at a 55-60mph roll in 3rd.

The second vid is a 65mph roll in 3rd switching to 4rth as I pass the video car, and all the way up to 120mph or so....

More to come, so stay tuned...

This post has caused a lot of confusion both here and on several forums. The reason his car is able to make more power than a T61 setup is because of this -

But yeah.. NOS.. hmm. You let the NOS loose on the dyno? Still not sure how you got the WHP rating.

We tried the Nos, but wasn't taking it that day for verious reasons. So we ran low and high boost, then took it off the dyno.

The reason he's able to make the power that he is, is because of the completely re-worked engine. A lot of time and money went into tuning that engine to its max potential using the t-60-1. A lot of people re-work some of the internals but some, like johnny, seem to go all out and tweak anything and everything. The NOS is just an added bonus to reassure his position!

By the way, I had a good time down there at the clubs, I appreciate you guys having me down yet again for another night of craziness. I'm still surprised we didnt get in trouble because of Chris and I yelling obsenities out the windows when we were leaving! BTW, Jimmy, I STILL hate you bro!! haha, I soooo had my chance and you drove off!! j/k man. Thanks again though! Hopefully we can get those vids up soon. I'll be back down there before too long.

The only reason that car makes over 600 hp (T61 power) is because of the baby bottles in the trunk. Without it, his car falls quite a bit short of that. The 60-1 does not flow enough air for over 600 hp.

i wasnt talking about it pushing over 600hp without the NOS... But it is said to be the fastest turbo M3 built by Active so far. And running 20lbs of boost makes it that way. And Johnny can run that all day and probably more if he wanted because of the engine. I wasnt even talking about the NOS in this case.
