M5 Turbocharger??? Is it possible???

Hi, i have this friend that everyone on Honda-tech.com hates now... He drives a Type R now and think's his the shit... He moved back to Chicago about 2 years ago and claimed when he was in Califorina he met this guy who owns a E46 M5 with twin turbos... I'll like to bust his freakin balls if this is false... I dont think anyone has turboed thier M5... Can someone please tell me that there is no turbo M5??? Well, if im wrong then

e46 M5? it's e39 M5.

M5 supercharger has been achieved, but M5 turbocharger .. never heard of it (Especially TWIN TURBO) .. TWIN TURBO on BMW is so rare and it only exist on e36 M3 so far.

Don't you just love pathological car liars that lie about seeing certain cars, racing certain cars, driving certain cars, lie about the mods they have, their horsepower rating, how fast their car is..

i mean come on what the **** do you kids out there who fall into this category have that much of a .. well shit i dont even what kind of personal problem u'd call that .. why try to cover up the fact that your car sucks.. EMBRACE IT.. i embraced it .. and now im very happy with my car, so what if it doesnt run the fastest 1/4 mile :P

Havent heard of turboed e39 m5 but why would it be impossible? Any motor can be turboed, with low boost and stock internals price should be reasonable. And because of the v8 it should be twin turbo.

I haven't heard of it, but if there is .. please convince me... pictures always convince me.

nobody said it's impossible..almost everything is possible if you have willing and knowledge.

most twinturbo/biturbo BMW has engine problem, one in OZ, suffer engine damage and it only has 7000++ miles... and oh yah.. the girl from swiss who has biturbo M3, I think she fried her engine .. well ... any more?

Hahaha, i couldnt agree more...

As of the M5 i was talking about, my friend claimed it was the E46... He also stated that the M5 is so mean that first 3 gears are no use due to the tires spinning so much it cant catch grip...

I seriously think its hard to turbo charge the M5... Not saying that its impossible, but its hard to get it running without doing any serious damage...

Thanks for the input guys... But if there is a turbo'd M5 please show some proof... I learned from some BS whores to see the proof before actually believing them... I dont trust his words anymore... I gotta start making new friends that dont lie about owning a NSX and BS's about ridding in a Boosted M5...

Oh yeah, i talked to one of the guys who was sitting inside his car during that race, and he told me he would take the lead on the turns but on the straight away, Z28 would catch up... He was barely 2-3 car lenths ahead of the Z28 at the most...

I cant find the thread where they were flaming him... Owell, if u guys want to read that then i'll search for it when i get off work...
