the 95 m3 had the same grill is the same one on the 325is starting in 92. I have the same grill on my 325is that my friends 95 m3 has, and I am upgrading to the new grill.

2 things.. that is the new style kidney surround, but they started in 97. Also, you only need the kidneys and the part the kidneys go into, not the whole radiator/ac condensor support. The surround is $127 from a non-discounted dealer, and the kidneys are like $25 each.

Also $100 is still a really good deal if it is the right color for your car.

you need the 97+ NOSE PANEL & the 2 97+ kidney grills. WWW.BAVAUTO.COM sells them. You can't "try" to fit the 97+ kidneys on there, they won't, watch.
