2nd test drive..on the way to 600RWHP

well we finally installed the front mount 1400cfm intercooler
over the weekend....along with a custom huge custom throttle body
we re-made the tubing and added the Nos n cooler...next up...
14" big brakes to bring this freight train to a halt....along with adj coilover susp...

I took her for a run sunday morning (clear streets) and I see that beyond 15psi I must learn to drive this car all over again!!! it actually scared the shit out of me when the boost gauge went past 20psi and yes I did pull over to get myself together.....This is a totally different feel....

at 10psi it now feels like what it used to feel like at 20-22psi before with the other setup...the car eases past 100 mph very effortlessly and that is scary especially with the 3.15 gearing in the mix.....(I am considering going to 3.64)

your so lucky!!!!!! lol i want turbo woudl it be at all possible if you could help me out with a turbo set up for my 1989 325i i havent seen many around if you could help me out i may change the idea of the whole m50 swap then aa turbo

...I have the same gearing as you and I spin 2nd from a roll w/ 240 to the wheels...can u actually give it full throttle in any gear? I was thinking about going to a 3.64 but I thought there would be too much wheelspin......good luck keeping your license man

I believe the car started life out as an Alpina B10, which was based off of the 535 (correct me if I'm wrong). The B10 was a twin turbo (3.5 L?) straight six.
