| stage 2 or 3 turbo's are rare anyway...and once they're installed...people don't wanna part with them (hassle, and because they love them) you're better off selling the 3.2L and purchasing a turbo from AA. (if you can stomach $10900) |

| The thing is, people want an assload of power, and turbo puts you upwards of 400 HP, while the euro engine has only 321 hp (not a small figure at all, but the turbo puts out over 100 more hp), which is why people probably don't want to trade. I suggest just selling the euro engine and getting an AA Turbo |

| Ok, I have had 6-8 inquiries of guys wanting to trade, but I want a stage 2 or 3 up to date setup(gen 2 is the minimum). If you have one, feel free to email me at PTGBMW@yahoo.com

| The euro 3.2l in my car has PLENTY of power for someone who needs speed. I have an intake, track pipe, and other mods and it is putting out around 350hp now and 370 with software (unichip). My car fishtails into 3rd gear on DRY pavement, so don't make it sound like this engine is weak. I raced a new E46 M3 with SMG and pulled on it easily, approx 3/4 throttle held even, but if I put it to the floor, I would pass it no problem. 0-60 is around 4.5sec, no kidding. It pulls SOOOOOO hard up top, over 100, its not even funny. Anyone who has never ridden in a car with one of these motors, wouldn't relate to it as weak. In an E30, it would be an ABSOLUTE ROCKET. Probably a 12 sec car easily. Anyways, I am going to bed ![]()

350... 370. LOL, show me numbers. I'm in argurement with half the stuff you say because you have no idea sometimes, I swere. You do not have an evo M3. Very little people in the states do! Also, yes, beware, euro motors can act up and do act up more frequently then a stock US motor. Thats the nature of a high performance racing engine. I love my motor dearly, I wouldn't trade it for anything near or above it in my car even though Im only making 275-280 at the crank at my altitude. Your asking too much of your motor to be making 350hp or 370 with your mods a "unichip" at any altitude. Very few people in the country, yet alone world can even tune the 3.2 euro like a 3.0 us. I know of one guy in the states and he charges an arm and both your legs. You'll need to go inside to get numbers like that. 350 I can see with more then an intake and exhaust though. Sorry to burst your bubble. Prove me wrong and I will drink my warm glass of stfu. |
