| Quit S/C:Bought Turbo: Wastegate nightmare. I am switching from supercharging to turbocharging. I am willing to take some excitement and discover as much as possible turbocharging. Now, if I buy a wastegate (external) from a supplier and an electronic valve controller will everything be OK? Can I adjust boost in cabin easily? What are the problems and nightmares waiting for me? mert __________________ |

| Yeah... like Joey said ... if you do everything correctly ... it will be fine. (Unless you have a friend like me who stuck a small aluminum cylinder inside one of the vacuum lines going out from the boost controller.) He forgot about it ...and i was pulling my hair out for months ... before i figured out what was causing the problem. ![]() |

| Mert with all the power you are getting from the SC why do you want to go turbo?? I thought the quick spool up of the ASA supercharger basically provided with a turbo like setup?
