Wiring...VANOS vs non-VANOS

Hi All,

I have a question about the difference between VANOS and non-VANOS wiring harnesses. Specifically the differences between a 1992 325i M50 non-VANOS and a 1993 325i M50 VANOS.

Does anyone know the specific differences?
Are the ECU pinouts different, or is the addition of a set of wires the only change?

vanos wiring has provisions for the vanos solenoid and knock sensors.
pin outs are probably different not sure though.

There are MANY diff!

Not only are the lack VANOS controls different, but the knock sensors are different, and more importantly, the MAF signal is 4V instead of 5V because of the Hot-wire MAF (VANOS using Hot-film).
