| By-pass Valve For Vortech Supercharger ? I have an BMW E36 325i from '95, with Vortech
Supercharger, and I have a bypass valve mounted.
I think By-pass Valve is not mounted corect, because it's not working at idle... and in high rpm it's working. Plus at idle I have noise and vibrations. I think the air can't go anywhere at idle, and produce the vibrations in supercharger...?
I opened the air conduct between air filter and Supercharger Head, and there is not any air flow from the bypass valve at idle. And when I start to rev the engine, it's start working, and I have big air flow there.
I think it's opening at high rpm when it must closeing... ? Do I louse boost with this by-pass valve?
The T connector hose (signal hose) of the bypass valve is mounted in vacuum hose for pressure regulator! Is this right or this is the mistake?
Do I must use another strong vacuum hose from the intake manifold ?
Can anyone please tell me exactly in what vacuum hose I must insert the T connection of the bypass valve?
I don't find any hose with the corect diameter. I must drill the intake manifold ?
Can anyone send me some detailed instructions for my E36 325 ? |
