.From the looks of it does look like he is serious and he needs $$ fast.
So may be thats why he is willing to sell it for much less.

He relisted a "no reserve" auction because it didn't reach $4500...which basically srewed the last high bidder...

Its a fraud, my friend has emailed him many times to come look at the kit, he never responded after that. Plus if you look the pics they are of a 95 M3, he says its a 96+ turbo kit. Somethings wrong there.

hahahahhahaha He never answers!! I tried calling him back when he first listed it!! This is like the 3rd or 4th time now on ebay!!
