supercharger problems

hi can anyone tell me what to do with the two pipes that go into the intake boot {one to rocker cover one to idle valve} can you put these on intake side of charger . will it affect my idle thanks in advance from lloyd please help as i am getting near compleation

Actually its not that hard to make a hubble telescope Mark, if you just follow the Easy instructions

I guess I don't get the Hubble comments, but since this is the second place I have been hit with it can you Mark explain it to me.

The only thing I can think of is that one of our engineering firms we work with has parts on the hubble and also built stuff for the ISS and shuttle but other than that it makes no sense.
