Help. intercooler/supercharger questions i have a 93 525i and was wondering if there was anyone out there that could help me on a few things. A. specs for the intercooler ( hight, width, lenght) B. intercooler piping ( pluming, lenghts, bends, placement, ect.) and C. how much boost can i run on a stock motor with a pro-charger??? if someone would happen to have detailed picutres of pluming it would be greatly appreciated if they would share them. thanks again for all your time and info to come. you can e-mail/PM also if prefered.

So, basically, you are asking someone to design a kit for you? ![]() Boost limits, engine management, etc, should be nearly identical to a 93-94 325... Steve

NO i have lots of piping and i have seen a few desines that looked very clean and efficent. i'm looking for in-put and ideas. but if you want to design on for me that would be helpfull.

| bigandslow, >> have lots of piping and i have seen a few desines that looked very clean and efficent<< Design encompasses alot more than whether it 'looks clean' or not. It encompasses just those kinds of things you were asking about in your post, ie, specs, core size, pipe lengths, materials, placements, capacities, boost issues, etc. Those are EXACTLY the issues that a designer would be concerned with. So, when Steve said, 'basically, youre asking someone to design the kit for you', it was a rhetorical statement. If you were lucky enough to get all those questions answered for you, you would have your ipso facto design! Best of luck.

Yeah, just to clarify, I was not trying to be "mean", just being a bit of a smartass along the lines of what Paul said. I would love to design a setup for you, but I kind of have my hands full right now with getting the final bits made and preparing for the installation of the twin-screw... Steve
