ICV on a Turbo m20??

Does anybody know the best way in which the ICV (idle control valve) chould be hooked up on a turbo eta engine. Questions about weather the valve can hold a boost and will it let the pressure bleed off around the throttle body.Will it still work???.

...Thanx for any help on this.
