| hi Dave... Well -- I will bring the green one this friday if your friend would like to come and see it.
I am ambivalent on the green one -- I am tinkering with the idea of S/C it. The leakdown and compression tests were very good on the engine. SO, maybe a RMS stage I or II might be kind of nice to add....
But - the green one has a 1995 M3 engine (obd-I), 3.73 LSD, 1997 M3 tranny, M3 rear subframe, M3 engine cluster, cams out of a 3.2L engine, euro hfm w/ITG filter, JC chip, 24.5 lbs injectors, Bilstein PSS-9, M-contours, b&b triflo, b&b downpipe, e46 front bumper, etc...IF I did sell it, it has a lot of parts that come with it...like 2 SONY Mobile ES head units, carbon fiber lip, M3 mirrors, M3 spoiler, non-m brand new moldings, Racing dynamics pedals, UUC shift knob and e-brake handle, ADS speakers, brand new carpet for the interior (not the floormats, the entire floor carpet), 97 M3 exhaust and catback, stock airbox, one-touch sunroof motor (need the switch), extra metal water pump, OEM M3 brand new badge, aluminum M3 doorsills, aluminum floor mats, reiger eyelids,.... and a bunch of other crap lying around my place. Ohh.. the car is a 1994 325is (for title/insurance purposes).
The insurance is amazing, $460 every six months with $250 deductibles AND 100/300/100 liability with towing/rental as well. So, insurance almost makes me want to keep it. The car mechanically is perfect..seriously...when I entertained the idea of a S/C --- I had it completely checked over......like a 300+ point inspection.....but -- not sure if I want to sell it....I might first try to sell the Lexus SC400 since I think that would sell quickly -- super, super low mileage. I think I drive that one once a month. So -- I could then keep the green one....but -- who knows......I would want the S/C if I keep the green one and maybe I should stop pumping money into the green one.... |
