| Ok You supercharger guy...read up....GSM motoren is here to stay.. As most that know of my cars know I am a turbo man.....but seeing GSM in action and the contents of thier kit and the proffessionalism....yes I was IMPRESSED...... I spent about an hour this afternoon with John and Mark from GSM MOTOREN, very nice guys and very knowledgeble about their product. They were installing one of their kits on an E46 3 series here in Ft.Lauderdale at a local speed shop. | yeah GSM is awesome, they retrofit my mechtech kit and got it to work like an AA kit. If you buy a used mechtech kit like i did dont take it to mechtech go to GSM. www.gsmmotoren.com

| Interesting how they are using a FMIC wiht a S/C. I'd be interested to see how much PSI loss they had with and without that FMIC. So I'm guessing the difference with their kits is the fact they are using these different types of superchargers? Whats the pricing? |

| difference is the supercharger which produces boost much earlier. Kit is built with much more failsave features. 2 bov's. If you lose the sc belt you can reinstall the stock belt . Sc is clutched and does not run at idle. FMIC looses about 1lb but it is compensated for so the kit still puts out 6-6.5 psi. Price I paid was 6500.00 shipped to my door. |
