turbocharger question!

i have a 92' 325i with 68k miles on it..that's not a typo, its got low miles...can i drop a turbo into my car? i heard that you can't unless you have less than X amount of miles on your car or it can't handle it or some crap...i doubt this is true, but can someone clarify that?? i have seen numerous 92-94 E36's with turbo's on them...also, what mods would i need to do along with the turbo in order for it to function well?? would i already need to have a chip, pulleys, camshaft, etc..??? thanx for your help!

Just have have the motor compression tested and get a leak down test, if its good you can go ahead with any kind of froce induction. your going to need a stronger clutch and a M3 flywheel(ltw or stock).
