Talking supercharger

Use a vortec supercharger. ERT makes a supercharger but it costs more than 4000. .

I looked into ERT about $5,000 for the Powerdyne
setup. The best price I found was ESS $3,995 Is
anyone familiar with this supercharger?

I was wondering if you ever considered keeping the 2.5 motor and maybe turbo charging that. with your 4000 budget+ what ever your paying for the M motor(being conservative 3000)= 7 grand. Spend 6 on maybe a AA or mech tech turbo and 1 on M flywheel and sport cluth. Thant should be some nice power.

That would be a very wise decision it would also be
alot easier.
But unfortunantly I have fell victim to the '95 E-36
hight RPM third to second, instead of fourth missed
shift motor was overreved and that is why the M motor
is going to be droped in....

Buy a used 3.2L US spec motor, with its headers, clutch and flywheel. Keep all your OBD I stuff and bolt it onto the motor (fuel rail, wiring harness, coolant, knock and crank sensors, intake manifold, dme, etc.), throw in a set of cams and appropriate software, and you'll have 320 hp that is not affected by heat like a non-intercooled blower, and more torque than a euro 3.2L motor.

If that isn't enough, then you can turn to forced induction.

Just my thoughts.

--------------------

ESS seems to make a good blower kit; but earlier kits were suspect, instructions were worse than poor. I've been waiting to hear from them on their aftercooler, which is supposed to be integrated with their intake manifold. Promised release went from late summer, to October, to 'later this year'. Lastly, I would think that ESS would want to scrub their dealers carefully http://www.cenoillusions.com/.

One of their distributors
