it hurts a turbo just as much if not more given the same circumstances. because of the much denser population of O2; from the nitrous and the cooled intake charge you will be running a significantly leaner mixture than your ECU expects.
what does this mean? if you don't adjust and make your mixture richer, you will more than likely suffer pre-detonation (very harmful for any engine) and your engine temps will rise (also not good).
to counter the nitrous you will want to run either higher octane fuel (like race gas all the time) or you will want bigger injectors (if you are close to your max duty cycle to begin with) and will want to richen the mixture of a/f.
