Question Race Marque supercharger

I'm looking for a supercharger for my 95 M3 LTW. Does anybdy have the Race Marque supercharger installed on their car, or if anybody has heard reviews about it, please write back. Thank you, heard it puts out 350hp which is a good increase.

Re: What i have read

They are not pieces of crap.

As a matter of fact, RMS makes great hardwares for BMWs.

What people on the board were referring to is their software, which often gave problems to BMWs.

I certinly hope their not pieces of crap cause mine is on the way I got the stage 2 kit wich comes with the aftercooler and all stuff for that....! I know the supercharger is a vortech with is a very good supercharger and the best part is the supercharger is capable of producing over 600hp. -Hint future mods in the works (tee hee)!

My stage 2 setup was making 320rwhp and 277tq. I have since had RMS fine tune the software, at no cost, and need to redyno the car to find out the new numbers.

Hardware wise, all companies use the Vortech compressor so there really isn't much difference, it's all in the software. I've heard that Dinan and ESS are the safest in terms of their tune, and RMS squeezes out higher numbers with a leaner and more dangerous tune (and variable). If it were me, I'd slap that on a dyno with a A/F meter to make sure I'm not leaning out.. They claim 411hp with the stage 2, damn, that'd be nice

I just recently got a RMS Stage one supercharger on my 328. I'm very happy with the increase in power. I'd recommend them!

dont get your hopes too set on getting 600 HP. Even with some major rebuild, I dont think you'll ever get close to that number.

Hellrot Sachin 100% on the money . I would stay very far away from RMS as they have screwed over a good number of people . The ESS kit is not complete and as sad as it sounds I would have to go with Dinan now a days . I also started hearing bad thing's about ERT and would not recomend them at the oment untill thing's are clear .

Hmm.. does the Dinan SC offer an aftercooler option?

After my experience with a supercharged car, I wouldn't go forced induction without some sort of inter/aftercooler.
