cams and turbo

Why is it in most cases that you can't have cams and a turbo charger? Can I get a physical explanation of what is going on.

Turbo cams are possible. AA sells some with their kits. the reason why cams are usually not used (regular grinds) is that the intake and exhaust duration/grind is open too long and the boost ends up dumpin through the head rather than pressurizing the combustion chambers. the good way to do it is reginds (rms uses this method) where the exahuast is at a lower duration than the exhaust.... or that might be backwards. Some say the schrick cams work but some say not...
