NOS or chip?

I am installing a M52/B32 into my E30 and converting back to OBD1 via the Zionsville conversion kit. Included in the kit is a performance chip that gives the overall product of about 280hp. So here is the conflict

should I just use the chip and keep it N/A or should I not have the chip installed and use my NOS 75hp shot, which inturn will bring me over the 300hp barrier. The car is to be a daily driver and I enjoy street racing, but I also am not sure if the NOS is really worth it, since you have to fill the bottle unlike the chip which is one time deal.

If you are reading this post an opinon, it would be greatly appreicated!

My opinion: Stay away from the juice and put the chip in. Get a higher ratio diff (shorter gear), you will enjoy the torque of that motor in the E30 for ages.

If you can squeeze 280 hp out of the motor N/A with the chip, then forget the Nitrous!

Get both. Get a split second timing controller with the Nitrous kit and you'll be able to just retard the timing a few degrees before you spray.
