How does NOS work?

i dont understand ur questions! could u get the setup without the NOS??!?!?! first of all...NOS stands for nitrous oxide systems, its merely a brand name of a product, the product being a nitrous kit...so your question is can you get a nitrous kit, without NOS?!?? see my point? it doesnt make sense!

bigger fuel injectors are probably only neccasary for cars that are running a lot of nitrous, and only with a dry system, because (read above) with a wet system fuel and nitrous are mixed together before being injected. the best thing seems to be to get a wet system.

no i mean like, set it up, take the NOS tank out so hopefully nothing dangerous happens, and put the tank back in when im ready to use it..

yeah, you could, and nothing would blow up if you did, but nitrous oxide isnt all that dangerous on its own anyway.

yeah lets say your a person who doesnt even use it that much, and your just cruising and something went wrong.. u have a really good chance of hurting yourself, or dieing you know?

Well "something wrong" is rather vague... you can have a totally stock car and something goes wrong with your breaks and your screwed. Nitrous by itself isn't even flamable... one of the potential dangers I see is if the connection to the tank and the Nitrous line cracked which could possibly get you sick or knock you out. But if the tank is mounted properly you shouldn't have any problem. If the setup is done correctly you should be fine.
