M50 Turbo help needed

Hi all, am going to start my new project since i change the old engine and swapped to the M50B25 i have all the turbo parts from the old conversation, HX35 turbo with 12cm turbo housing and 3" downpipe all the way till the muffler in the end, am using 1 high flow muffler only, am going to use a thick head gasket to lower the CR, but still now sure what thickness is needed in my case, and for the ECU what i can run other than a standalone ECU or MS, am on budget here, am aiming to run at 1.5 bar as safe boost, so guys help me with the following:

1-what head gasket thickness i should get to run the 1.5 BAR boost safely, without any damage to the engine??

2-what i can use other than getting MS or something like that? i already have FPR with its gauge to watch over it??

3- what would be the result of such setup??

1) 0.140 MLS headgasket
2) Since you are using an m50b25 motor, lose the FPR and can get your ecu tuned for your turbo. That would be the best way to go.
3) Depends on the turbo/injector/MAF/tune you use, but you could possibly get ~400hp.
