| E36 M3 Turbo Kit For Sale Time for an UPGRADE! I am selling the complete turbocharger setup off my 99 OBD II M3, including complete turbo kit, Active Autowerkes Flashed DME computer and special box, exhaust and hardware. This is everything you need to complete the install. Some nutz, boldz and hardware are used and should be replaced but just minor stuff. I have a lot of new hardware that I will include, including vaccum lines, hoses, couplers, t clamps etc. Garrett 60-1 Turbocharger (installed and used for less than 2k miles) Includes all oil lines, returns, fittings, oil flow reducer, clamps etc. Also includes a modified adapter to borrow your oil from behind the filter canister. This Garrett Pushes much higher volume of air than the AA TD06 and will make a little more power and much more torque, spools just as fast and is all around a better unit. SPA cast E36 Turbo Manifold, gaskets, and hardware AA injectors to be used in conjunction with AA DME software and fuel cut box. DME Flash designed to be used with this TURBO setup! Intercooler piping, silicone couplers, t clamps and relocated MAF sensor with brackets and cold air intake. Large SPA front mount intercooler 2.5" inlet and outlet. IC good for 600HP I can also include the Custom bumper support beam that was cut for the large intercooler if you dont mind paying to have it shipped. This part has special mounting studs also. Plastic bumper did require a little trimming to fit IC piping. Custom made exhaust system. 3" strait back, built with Magnaflow CC and mufflers. Includes down pipe, Catalitic converter, mid pipe, resonator and muffler with twin 2.5 in tips. Will have to cut for shipping unless you are local. When installing I would have a mandrell bent downpipe made, this one was crimped (not my idea either). It works fine, but my plan was to build the block and make big HP with that huge turbo and if thats your plan, get a new downpipe made up! Tial 38MM wastegate with mandrel bent 1 inch dump pipes that go back into the exhaust. Currently running a 5.5lb spring. You can turn the boost up to 9lbs with this setup on stock internals if you run water/alcohol injection and the car will make just over 400HP. SPA custom engine mount to allow for larger turbocharger. HKS blowoff valve, all silicone vacuum lines and hardware. I dont think I missed anything, but if I did, all parts are included. In total the kit has about 4500 miles on it. IC has been pressure tested and has no bent finz. Injectors work perfect and do not leak! This is a NO BS, bolt on kit. If you have the skillz to install it, it will make your ride FLY, and have endless tuning potential for the future! You will need a new clutch. The stock one will not hold the power! Trust me, I tried it! I have a used stage 3 clutch that you could also buy from me cheap. I also recommend new motor mounts, a trany brace and the AA rear diff support bracket when modding these cars for higher HP.... it's cheap and silly not too because you will absolutely break the diff carrier bolt, and the stock tranny brace. They're cast... and just arent strong. I also have the JT Design brace I could sell with the kit, all sorts of poly bushings and extra parts for the car. One last thought, you really should be mechanically inclined or hire someone to install this if you buy it. I'm a mechanic and it took me about 10 hours to install with 2 people.
