HX35 on stock M50

Hi all, i was searching around for a Holset HX35 on M50 setup, but didn't find what am looking for. The problem is am going to run this setup on stock engine internals and stock CR, I know that M50 is safe to run around 9psi on stock internals with stock CR (plz correct me if am wrong), and am already running a T3 setup on stock engine but am looking for more as a stock engine, i got this Holset HX35, and thinking in putting it in, but from my searching i got that HX35 best run at 15psi and more(is that correct??) so do u advice me to run the HX35 on my stock M50?? and if it's doable what is the output BHP??
