MAP, can it be done?

Hi all, i searched for a what am looking for, but didn't find any straight forward answer!! recently I turbocharged my M50 E30, on stock ECU and stock everything, the boost am running is 0.3 bar, later on I fitted the yellow injectors and i think they r used on 3500cc BMW engines, now i just wonder if there is a way to to make the stock ECU accept the MAP sensor instead of the Air-Mass, so is there a way that i can fit MAP on my ECU? to accept more boost?!

Yes and no.

Yes, there are piggybacks (and all standalones) that can convert your system to a MAP based instead of MAF.

No, you can't (as far as I know) just convert your system to MAP using programming.

In fact i do have Megasquirt but am not intending to use it in the current stage, am looking for more simple solution with a very reasonable price, using piggyback or stand alone management, is not what am looking for in the current stage of tunning, i thought if there is a simple way to convert it to MAP, but it seems the is not, cuz am searching here and there, ad came up with no decent result.
