3.2L s52 block with 3.0L head and externals?

Im wondering if I build a 3.2 s52 block, will the 3.0 s50 head and externals bolt up and work properly?? Will any changes need to be made?

This is for a 95 m3 with AA stage II turbo kit. Has a s50 blown motor... threw a rod...
