Turbo Manifolds for 2004+ Cars. [318,320,118i,120i,] N46B20!

I wanted to add a little more excitement to my 318ti compact by turboing it. Searched all the usual places Google, eBay, loads of BMWforum’s, even down to just searching Youtube for turbo’d E46’s to see if I could pickup any leads, But i only found kits /manifolds for the older models or the 46 M3’s.

After searching and searching and then just getting slightly bored. I thought I’d cut to the chase and just see if I could get the bits I need made by someone.
While looking for exhaust fabricators I stumbled across a company called Neukin. I checked out their site and noticed the manifolds they had designed for the E36.

I emailed them and explained what I wanted to do. They said they could produce manifolds for around $650 but would have to sell 20. Individual units could be made for around $800.
The person I have been emailing ‘Alex’ is waiting for me to get back to him with 20 people that want one. So development can begin.

I believe its going to be a bottom mount manifold of some kind.

People that are interested post your name, email address, Series / model, Lhd or Rhd plus any questions you may have and ill email them across to Alex. The focus here is designing a manifold for the 3 series but hopefully it might be usable on other cars with the same engine.
