Have you ever experienced this? I had installed an AEM air/fuel ratio gauge and power on (low current draw) for a relay that turns on the after cooler pump and fan. I connected them to a terminal strip under the fuse box which provided ignition power on (red/white wires). This caused the DME to give throttle position sensor and/or mass air flow codes. I had also tried to hook these up to ignition on (green/white wires) which had then caused rough running. Is BMW wiring that sensitive to minor current draws? Any techs out there?
