| I never trust a "local machine shop" with anything thats not an American V8. Local shops here can build a hell of a V8, but rarely are they equipped to handle smaller volume (as in numbers, not size) engines. If they don't have the torque plate for your engine, then they should not do the work, so ask them. If they ask what a torque plate is, run away!

| Yes, Trust ICS in fact just have them do your work. Or you could send your stuff to VAC motorsports for all your motor entities or even John Volk at 666 Fabrications for all your manifold charge piping needs. |

| Let me be honest. There is a local machine shop about 30 minutes from here. They are simply called wakeman auto parts. Sounds plain, but quite simply they build some of the most powerful motors ever. Buschur racing (dsm/evo premier tuner) has their engines built there. I would trust my bimmer motor there anyday, he has done everything. 6 second drag motors, through fully prepped SCCA motors.
