| looking for single turbo daily driver. looking for a kit for e36, like to see what everyone else has done before i make any decisions. hoping to see someone else with a good idea and see what i can do. |

| The sticky at the top of this forum is your friend. Before you can make a decision, though, that guy is right, you need to know your goals and go from there. My opinion ain't going to help you much, because my idea of a daily driver is QUITE far from yours, I can be sure. But, since you asked, mine would have a massaged GT35RS on a 3.2 stock bore, forged low comp pistons, Cometic MLS gasket, cams, 4 inch exhaust turbo-back, no cats or mufflers, gutted to a tin can with full cage, halon, stoptech, oh, and a 75 shot just in case I feel frisky. Your getting the idea. [edit]: Kinda makes you wonder what I drive on the track.....hmmmmmm.

| Doesn't give you any more boost, because your already at your max boost setting. It makes a difference (feels like a 150 shot on an NA motor), but it's not like the movies at all. It's not a "hit" of power, just comes on during WOT. I'm sure it wouldn't be any different on a BMW.
