Just laid in the bumper as to show fitment. It is actually mounted to the car.

Yeah.

She will have a set of Michelin PS2s waiting for her. Hope they make it through the season so I will have good rubber to sell w/ the HREs.

I am going to buy another set of HRE C20s w/ more aggressive offsets so that I can run 275 Front and 295 Rear. (Currently 245/275)

Is the inside of your CF tube smooth, from the pics it looks pretty rough? Glad to see its all coming together, Ill be making a trip over to D/A when the car is ready, and will get you some footage. I was getting worried what other interesting things you may have to start doing to pass the time,

I think when you get the car you'll be too damn happy and preoccupied driving it to post pics/vids

Which is perfectly understandable

Just bring someone else along with you to get the footage so they can submit it

I can't wait to see the finished product.

We are now in the exciting final assemble stage with this gal which is the time that all of the cool twist and tweaks are able to be installed. The Halon system will react automatically if the need is detected and leaves no residual throughout the engine bay such as conventional fire extinguishers do.

You don't want it perfectly smooth. The boundry layer stays intact better when the surface of the intake system is a little bit rough. Hense why you NEVER polish the inlet ports.

OK, thats just PIMP. You gonna have a manual override for the bottle?

Had an auto system fire off during an minor overheat condition when a water pump failed. Cost me a new bottle for no fire, but better safe than sorry I guess.

Unsure of the manual override, I will ask. On the PIMP factor I agree .. this was a little D/A surprise. Def. not something I thought of.

Ask if it will have a manual fire option, fire handle if you will. Might not want one if you don't want it sticking out somewhere in the dash or something. No big thing, I'm sure the automatic nozzles have come a long way since the wax plug one that I had.
