| Anything else needed to S/C my e36 Just wondering if I wanted to go with Supercharging my e36, or Turbo, as long as I stay below 7-8 psi, Is their anything "extra" ill need to like reinforce it? just curious, i did search, but god........so many results. or could I slap a kit on there and be fine with stock motor. or do I need to reinforce, I dont plan on tracking it btw, just more for daily driving, with a lil extra :-D |

| As long as you keep the PSI low i would think that an e36 engine could handle it, but if it has around 150K miles or more it might be a good idea to back a few things to be safe. That being said, my 1995 M3 had over 150K on it and I would not of hesitated to put a SC or Turbo in there, they are strong mo fo's.

| IFF U decide too play it hard, than this whill bee a good alteration(maybe )http://www.hardblok.com/info.html Surface reinforcement trough heat treatment is good alsoo.

| no one stays that low of boost eventualy you will want more. pony up the dough now before you even get started. you will save in the long run. trust me i now have the xb1a gear driven sc/er good for 18psi. and its cost alot to make the jump from 9 psi to 15psi wish i did it first. |
