| Deleting the cats before S/C...yay or nay I have full intentions of installing a VF Engineering S/C when the funds clear themselves up, but in the meantime I already have a CEL light for bad cats (typical M62 problem, runs too rich) After the mods that I have already done to the motor, I've already lost some bottom-end in exchange for the top power. I honestly feel that I am loosing power slowly due to the clogged cats, so seeing that I already have the code, can I just gut the cats and still be ok to drive the car everyday? I have been following the thread about 02 simulators, but should I get them first, then gut the cats, or should I just leave it be until I get the S/C, then gut the cats and install the 02 sim. at the same time. I don't wanna hurt the car, but I feel that it is slowly having power taken away....
