| No, you should NOT use an electric fan in your intake.
More complex answer: The fan draws so much current when trying to pressurize the intake, that it's counter-productive, and it becomes a restriction. The fan may NOT be able to rotate fast enough (above 80,000 RPM, typical centrifugal compressor speeds nessessary) while under load. Plastic blades are also a VERY bad idea, one piece in your engine, and poof, expensive problem.
Yes, a GAS powered blower did produce power on a dyno, but an electric blower can't push the air with enough flow to work. Theres a reason superchargers take between 10-15 HP to spin at low boost. A Top Fuel dragster takes 200+ HP to rotate it's blower at max boost.
