am i missing anything other than piping, manifold, oil lines and is there a better option for any of these than what i have chosen. anyone where to get a manifold.

You can scratch the fuel pressure regulator off your list since you will have megasquirt and the 42lb injectors. I also highly recommend buying the new Cometic MLS steel head gasket that just came out for the m20, it won't blow like the stock one does (spend hte money saved from the fpr), seriously it will save you money in the long run, i've blown 3 stock ones. Other than that, it looks like a good list! What are your goals for this car? HP goals? a t3/t4 may be too small if you plan on boosting a lot. I would suggest a Holset HX35 or HX40 (will spool by 3k).

Also get a wideband o2 sensor/controller, Innovate makes a good one, as does PLX. I have the Innovate LC-1 wideband controller/sensor, and it connects directly into megasquirt and a gauge.

Your never going to make that with the setup your looking at.

500 to the wheels will require a bigger turbo, injectors, fuel pump etc. and probably a serious motor rebuild if you want it to last. Also I would steer away from the turbo xs bov. I've heard ( on wrx's) of them not holding boost the way they should. anyway good luck hope it works out.

500 rwhp on a m20 isn't going to be streetable, and yeah.. you aren't getting anywhere near that with your proposed setup.

ive seen e30's on the net with 800 that were streetable thanks to boost controllers low an high settings
also what needs to be added to that list to create 500 the engine rebuild is gonna begin this weekend
