2.8 635whp

Well I talked George into bigger injectors and a new program he has been working on for me and we did change them out straped it to the dyno
with the race gas and 25psi the car pulled a 627 after a cool down we tried again I was in disbelief at 627whp590 trq and thought man if we could back this up with a 600 run I would be happy. So we left all the same and ran again when I seen the chart I could not believe 635whp 574wtrq I about fell out.
Cameron there you go race gas high boost and George's new program and the motor took it like a champ stock internal 100,000 miles.
there is video but I will have to post it when I get home.

This knocked me for a loop as I thought we would pick up maybe 20-40 hp
the 550 injectors made a big diffrence well I guess the more aggressive program did to. Well I will unstrap her from the dyno and head back to Md
very proud of the little 2.8 and what a great job George did on this program
He put the numbers together and put alot of time trying to figure the best combo of fuel and timing and it is beautiful. I would not expect any thing less from the man that holds the world record for rear wheel power out of a BMW.
He did all this today on his own time, he definatly goes the extra step for his customers Great Bussiness man on helluva freind.

The numbers are very impressive, but what's happening up top? looks like you're getting some valve bounce maybe..?

You can really see the power gain after the A/F R was sorted in the top end, funny, you are using bigger injectors but the mix is leaner up top now

Have you got a build diary of this project somewhere?

Those are some serious numbers, but I have to ask, is the car still reliable? I know when you get into seriously built appilications (like yours) reliability can go out the window, but I'm just curious if the car is turning into a dyno queen. Please don't take offense to this, its just a curiosity.
