m50 $10k budget for FI

i havent seen the first m50 engine with internals & kit, im about to start mine with a nice budget for a custom kit, any comments or recomendations?.

Low compression pistons is a first thatll probaly be around a grand if not more, then your cams, chip, and youll start from there. Good luck

i have located the pistons and rods over the internet, for the chip and tuning im goin to use unichip, do you have any more information about the cams?¿?¿?, maybe prices and some sites?..

I'm building my 3.0, but having trouble finding a piston I'm happy with. Who'd you decide on?

i wouldnt fuck with the valvetrain if i was you 500rwhp you can reach with your stock cams, then i would go with a nice turbo eg. and remove your cats i would run 3" pipe throughout, with a higher budget you should look into the tec3 rather then a piggyback, you will have to have a diff clucth also because your stock will start to slip bad after 350, as for your turbo a would go with .63 comp. housing with tang. t04 flange and a tublar header boostlogic will sell theirs seperate i would recommend that and you will need their motor mount so you can run proper dia. intake pipe. you will also loose you aux. fan that you should replace and depending on the size of your intercooler you may need different front bumper to accomedate the large intercooler, you can also run a larger head gasket instead of rods and pistons. it would also be cheaper

thinking on the .82 ar, with active manifold, my problem with the tec3 is that here in vzla the only people that is able to tune the car works with unichip and dastek dyno, and all the projects he made with unichip are excelent, i trust on him a lot, so i will try unichip.

yes i will change clutch & flywheel, spearco intercooler 24x10x3, it would be great to keep the stock 325 front bumper, ill try to fit it when the time comes, if not i have to get a m3 bumper...

now a larger head gasket can keep that power?, i want a reliable project and if i have to change internals to reach it i will...

FUEL?????? # inyectors?, fuel pump?, rail?, im blind on this.

Where are you getting them? Trying to find a good deal on pistons myself, but I am possibly going higher Comp. Ratio for NA power. So far, Flatlander Racing, VAC Motorsports, and I can't remember the other one. A little help here?

your stock fuel rail and injectors will not be able to accomante your increased air produced by your turbo i would recommend 65lb injectors and a higher flow fuel rail you can get one for 250$ if you shop around you will also need a high flow fuel regulator to manage the fuel rail then you will need a larger fuel pump to supply the new fuel demand, a head gasket will give you no problems as far as reliabilty, i would recommend the smaller comp. housing still. cp pistons are nice and arrow rods, if you decide to go that route and if you mess with the valve train just plain on going with higher performance valve, springs, and retainers, but i would probly go with the pistons and rods, if you can spare the money, whitch youll save on useing the unichip
